Dear Whanau,
WOW, we have had such a busy term!!! Our healthy eating, healthy bodies learning is ever present. We have made masses of our own sandwiches, made countless loaves of bread, litres of pure vege and fruit juice, a few kilos of vege soup, and planted crops to harvest early spring!!! We supported our first 15 rugby team and community by braving the weather and attending the big event!! Our disco was a huge success with many families joining our boogie night.Posted: Wednesday 13 July 2011 -
Our Theme Healthy food, healthy bodies
This term will be a heavy focus on healthy food, healthy choices and healthy bodies. In the past we have always recommended and encouraged healthy eating, but it seems its been a while since it has become our main focus. The timing couldnt be better as this is the term that is dark and cold and hot vege soup is a very welcome thought. Getting active inside is a challenge that we look forward to as well.Posted: Wednesday 18 May 2011 -
